￼DINO OPENER INDOOR TRACK MEET RESULTS The first indoor track meet of the season took place in Calgary on December 7th. Passtrak had 13 athletes compete in 39 individual events plus 2 relays. The veteran athletes had previously competed in 16 of those events and they produced 15 life time best performances this time around. Together the athletes set 13 new Passtrak club records in their various age groups and picked up 13 top 3 placings with 3 firsts, 4 seconds and 6 third place finishes. Jasper Smith, Eli Groves, Austen Crombie, Nelson Groves, Colton Sutherland and Matthias Bubik were in their first official indoor competition in a Passtrak uniform. Jasper & Eli had 3 events each in the 8 year old boys age group. The 60 metres, 150 metres and the 400 metres. In the 60 metres Eli placed 9th in 14.10 seconds & Jasper came in 6th in 11.57 seconds. In the 150 metre race both boys broke the existing Passtrak club record with Eli running 29.21 seconds in 7th place & Jasper clocked 28.43 seconds in 2nd place. In their 3rd event, the 400 metres, again both boys broke the current club record with Eli finishing in 1:40.05 for 6th place & Jasper finishing in 1:30.57 for 3rd place. Austen had the same 3 events in the 9 year old boys division. He ran the 60 metres in 11.59 seconds for 7th place then covered the 150 metres in 28.92 for a 5th place finish. He clocked 1:36.19 in the 400 metres for 4th place which broke the existing Passtrak club record by 5 seconds. Nelson & Colton also ran the same 3 events but in the 10 year old boys group. Nelson placed 8th in the 60 metres in 12.86 seconds while Colton placed 5th in 10.72 seconds. In the 150 metres Nelson took 8th place in 33.62 seconds and Colton took 5th place in 28.09 seconds. The 400 metres saw Nelson timed at 1:50.53 for 7th and Colton timed at 1:25.34 for 4th. Passtrak’s oldest rookie in the track meet was Matthias Bubik. In the 11 year old boys group he ran 10.52 seconds in the 60 metres for 4th place. Then he completed the 150 metres in 26.49 seconds for 6th and finished the track meet with a 1:26.77, 5th place finish in the 400 metres. Cammy Hay represented the club in the 8 year old girls events. She ran the 60 metres in 11.13 seconds for 3rd place which was a life time best performance for her as well as a new Passtrak club record. Her next event was the 150 metres. She improved by more than 3 seconds down to 28.38 seconds which was another new club record. Her final event was the 400 metres which she ran for the first time. She placed second in 1:35.50 which broke the existing club record by a whopping 10 seconds. Cohen Folkard competed in the 10 year old boys age group. He improved dramatically in all 3 of his races. He placed 7th in the 60 metres in 11.49 seconds, 6th in the 150 metres in 28.94 seconds and 6th in the 400 metres in 1:36.60. Cohen Musschoot ran the 3 fastest races of his life in the 11 year old boys division. He placed first in the 60 metres and improved his time to 9.08 seconds. Another first place finish in the 150 metres lowered his best time to 21.82 seconds which set a new Passtrak club record. The 400 metres produced another club record and personal best of 1:12.93 for second place. Clara Websdale went 3 for 3 for life time bests in her 13 year old girls events. She improved her 60 metre time to 9.95 seconds for 10th then lowered her 150 metre time to 24.64 for 11th. Her 400 metre time was 3:02.80 for 6th place. Jack Bailey also went 3 for 3 with life time best performances in the 14 year old boys age group. He clocked 8.74 seconds in the 60 metres for 5th and 2:38.73 in the 800 metres for 3rd place which cut ￼12 seconds off his previous best. His 3rd event was the 60 metre hurdles where he placed 6th with a personal best time of 11.23 seconds. Alec Morado also had 3 events but in the 15 year old boys group. He improved his 60 metre time down to 8.09 seconds for 7th place. He ran the 200 metres for the first time and recorded a time of 27.09 seconds for his efforts. His 3rd event was the 60 metre hurdles which was new for him. He placed 5th in 10.38 seconds which set a new Passtrak club record for his age group. Passtrak’s oldest athlete in the competition was Craig Hay who represented the club in the 35 - 39 year old Masters division. He placed 3rd in the 60 metres in 8.85 seconds as well as 3rd in the 200 metres in 30.23 seconds. That was also a new club record for his age group. His third event was the 1000 metre race where he set another new Passtrak club record of 4:01.08 for a first place finish. Passtrak had 2 teams entered in the U12 boys 4 x 200 metre relay race. Jasper, Nelson, Eli & Austen teamed up to run 2:52.97 for 4th place. Matthias, Colton, Cohen F. & Cohen M. clocked 2:24.47 for second place in the event. Passtrak will ring in the new year with their next competition on January 5th once again in Calgary.

￼2019 ATHLETICS ALBERTA PROVINCIAL CROSS COUNTRY RUNNING CHAMPIONSHIPS The competition took place in Wetaskiwin on Saturday November 2nd. Passtrak had 2 athletes representing the club. The weather was favourable with very little wind, mostly overcast and the temperature hovering around 6 degrees. This was Jack Bailey’s first time competing in a cross country race in the older U16 boys age group. They completed a gruelling 4 km course which included a series of challenging hills. He covered the distance in 22:21 averaging 5:36 per km. finishing in 28th place. Jasper Smith donned a Passtrak uniform for the first time in Wetaskiwin. He was entered in the U10 boys 1 km competition. He did himself and his club proud by clocking 5:07 for a 5th place finish. This race concludes the cross country running season for Passtrak. They will now adjust their training and look ahead to the upcoming indoor track and field season which commences November 16th.

￼PROVINCIAL TRACK & FIELD CHAMPIONSHIPS The Alberta Provincial Track & Field Championships for the U16 & U18 age groups took place in Sherwood Park on July 20th & 21st. Passtrak had 2 athletes attend the competition and they produced life time best performances in 4 of their 6 events. Jack Bailey improved in all 3 of his events in the U16 boys division. He carved 18 seconds off his previous time in the 800 metres by finishing in 2:42.30. This placed him 15th overall. He improved his high jump height by 9 cm, clearing 1.45 metres for 9th place. This tied the existing Passtrak club record for 14 year old athletes. His third event was the 100 metre hurdles where he again ran a life time best of 19.56 seconds finishing in 7th. Paige Richards had 3 events in the U18 girls category. She placed 19th in the 100 metres in 13.91 seconds then grabbed a 4th place finish in the 100 metre hurdles in 17.11 seconds. She produced the furthest long jump of her career by leaping out to 4.52 metres for 5th place. Passtrak has 1 track meet left in the 2019 season. Mathias Gelber will be competing at the Canadian National Track & Field Championships from August 9 - 11.

￼PASSTRAKERS PEAK AT PROVINCIALS The Alberta Provincial Track & Field Championships for the U14, U12 & U10 age groups took place in Edmonton on June 29th & 30th. Two Passtrak athletes qualified for this last meet of their 2019 season. Nate Lach represented his club in the U10 boys division & Cohen Musschoot did so in the U12 boys division. On day 1 of the track meet Nate ran the 60 metres in 12.48 seconds to place 12th. He then long jumped 2.21 metres for 11th place and finished the day with a 2:34.83 clocking in the 600 metre race for 10th place. On day 2 his first event was the 80 metres where he was timed in 16.55 seconds for 12th. His next event was the ball throw where he tossed it 15.89 metres for 11th. He saved his best effort for his last event of the meet and the 2019 season. He ran a life time best of 1:35.61 in the 400 metres which cut 4 seconds off his previous best and also set a new Passtrak club record for his age group. His time placed him 11th. His overall performance over the 2 days ranked him as number 12 in Alberta for the 2019 season. Cohen’s first event of the track meet was the 100 metres. He completed the race in 14.89 seconds for 8th place. Event number 2 was the long jump where he cleared 3.80 metres for 4th place. That distance was a life time best as well as a new Passtrak club record for his age group. The last event of the day was the 800 metres. Cohen placed 2nd in 2:39.51 which was a life time best and also set a new Passtrak club record. The second day of the track meet started with the 200 metres where Cohen placed 5th in 30.51 seconds. Another life time best performance and another new Passtrak club record. Next came the shot put where his best effort measured 8.02 metres for first place. The final event of the meet was the 600 metres. Cohen earned another second place finish with yet another personal best and new club record of 1:51.99. His overall performance over the 2 days ranked him as number 3 in Alberta for the 2019 season.

￼PROVINCIAL CHAMPIONSHIP QUALIFIER Six Passtrak athletes attended a track and field meet in Calgary on June 22nd & 23rd. The purpose of the meet was to select the top 8 male & female athletes from Southern Alberta in the U10, U12 & U14 age groups. These athletes would then qualify to compete at the 2019 Alberta Provincial Championships in Edmonton on June 29th & 30th. Cammy Hay had 6 events in the U10 girls category. She ran the 60 metres in 11.32 seconds for a 14th place finish then long jumped 2.87 metres for 8th place. This was a personal best for her and it also broke the existing Passtrak club record for her age group. She finished the first day of the meet by running 2:49.47 in the 600 metres for 13th place. On the second day Cammy ran the 80 metres in 15.38 seconds for 11th place which set a new club record. She also placed 11th in the ball throw with a distance of 7.34 metres and then finished 10th in the 400 metres in 1:42.68 which set yet another new Passtrak club record for her age group. Nate Lach was in the boys U10 category. He placed 13th in his 60 metre race in 12.48 seconds. He had the best long jump of his life, clearing 2.56 metres for 8th place. He cut 10 seconds off his 600 metre time finishing in 2:30.23 for 8th place. He placed 9th in the 80 metres with a new Passtrak club record of 15.94 seconds then improved his ball throw distance by 3.6 metres out to 17.10 metres for 4th place. He finished the track meet with a new club record of 1:39.58 in the 400 metres for 9th. Carson Hay competed in the U12 boys division. He finished the 100 metres in 20.55 seconds for 24th & leaped 2.67 metres in the long jump also for 24th. His 800 metre time was 3:33.76 for 19th. On Sunday he ran the 200 metres in 44.21 seconds for 21st & heaved the shot put 4.55 metres for 17th. He closed off the meet with a life time best of 2:31.55 in the 600 metres for 20th. Cohen Folkard joined Carson in the U12 boys group. This was his first official outdoor track meet in a Passtrak uniform so he set marks for himself which he will attempt to beat at future competitions. He ran the 100 metres in 19.25 seconds for 23rd. He long jumped 2.89 metres for 18th then ran the 800 metres in 3:40.83 for 20th. On the second day his 200 metre time of 41.61 seconds placed him 19th. He tossed the shot put 4.29 metres for 19th then ran the 600 metres in 2:40.32 for 21st. Cohen Musschoot was the clubs 3rd athlete in the U12 boys age group. He had a great meet where he improved in every event he had previously competed in. He also set new Passtrak club records for his age group in 5 of the 6 events he contested. He came 7th in the 100 metres in 14.85 seconds with a new club record then added 21 cm to his long jump by finishing 8th with a distance of 3.75 metres. He ran the 800 metres in 2:42.84 which cut 10 seconds off his previous best, set a new club record & placed him 2nd. He ran the 200 metres in 30.66 seconds for a new club record and 4th place, then heaved the shot put 8.34 metres which added 1.73 metres to his best, set a new club record and placed him 3rd. Cohen finished the meet by taking 8 seconds off his 600 metre time, placing second in 1:52.96 while setting yet another new Passtrak club record for his age group. Clara Websdale represented the club in the U14 girls age group with 4 events each day of the meet. Her 100 metre time was 16.10 seconds for 25th. Her long jump improved by 47 cm to 3.58 metres for 13th. Her discus improved by 3.10 metres to 14.96 metres for 12th and she placed 12th in the 1000 metres in 3:54.73. On the second day of the meet Clara ran the 200 metres in 34.38 seconds for 22nd then added 15 cm to her high jump best by clearing 1.15 metres for 12th. She added almost a full metre to her shot put with a measurement of 6.12 metres for 8th and finished the competition by slashing 25 seconds off her best 800 metre time clocking 2:57.06 for 13th. Nate & Cohen Musschoot have qualified for the Provincial Championships while Clara is on the alternate list in case one of the current top 8 are unable to attend. ￼
￼PASSTRAKERS RECEIVE AWARDS The governing body for the sport of track & field in Alberta, (Athletics Alberta), held their annual awards banquet on Saturday June 15th in Calgary. The top athletes in Alberta from all age groups right from the grassroots level up to & including the World Championship & Olympic athletes were recognized for their achievements during the 2018 season. Two Passtrak athletes and one of their coaches were on the list of award winners. Ella Peebles received an award for being one of Alberta’s top 10 female athletes in the U10 age group. She accomplished this with her performances at the 2018 Alberta Provincial Championships. Cohen Musschoot received his award for being one of Alberta’s top 10 male athletes in the U12 age group. He also accomplished this via his results at the 2018 Alberta Provincial Championships. Passtrak coach Ritch Braun was honoured with the “George Gemer Coaching Award” in recognition of his long term service & commitment to the sport of track & field in Alberta. He is currently in his 43rd year of coaching with no signs of stopping anytime soon.

￼CALTAF TRACK CLASSIC This track meet took place in Calgary on June 14th - 16th. Events were offered to athletes in all age groups. Passtrak had 3 athletes attend the meet and they competed in 2 events each. Hayley Whidden represented the club in the U14 girls category. This was by far the largest age group in the track meet with over 60 girls in every event. Hayley competed in the 80 metre sprint for the first time ever and recorded a respectable time of 14.00 seconds. She now has a personal best which she will attempt to beat at her next competition. She also had the long jump where she cleared 2.14 metres just shy of her current life time best performance. This track meet was also used to select athletes to represent Alberta at the U16 & U18 Western Canadian Championships and Canadian National Championships. Paige Richards ran the 100 metres and 100 metre hurdles in the U18 girls division. She finished the 100 metre sprint in 13.64 seconds slightly slower than her life time best. She ran a personal best of 16.83 seconds in the 100 metre hurdles which placed her 6th and set a new Passtrak club record. Mathias Gelber had 2 events in the U18 boys age group. He completed the 1500 metre race in 4:08.98 which was his fastest time so far this year in that event. That was good enough for second place and good enough to set a new Passtrak club record for his age group. He then ran the 800 metre race in 1:54.65 to finish first. This was a new life time best result for him as well as a new Passtrak club record. Both performances were good enough for him to be selected to Team Alberta for the Western Canadian Championships and Canadian Nationals. These meets will take place in July & August respectively.

￼CALGARY SPRING CHALLENGE The opening track & field meet of the 2019 outdoor season took place in Calgary on May 11th & 12th. The 7 athletes from Passtrak who attended the meet represented the club exceptionally well. During the 2 days of competition, they took part in 38 events and recorded 12 life time best performances, set 6 new Passtrak club records and brought home 1 gold, 4 silver & 2 bronze medals. Cammy Hay had 8 events in the U10 girls division. She placed 9th in the running long jump clearing 2.46 metres & 9th in the 150 metres by clocking 31.29 seconds. She took 7th place in the ball throw with a 7.52 metre toss and then placed 5th in the shot put with a 2.72 metre effort. She then proceeded to set 4 new Passtrak club records in her remaining events. She ran 11.28 seconds in the 60 metres for 13th, 1:04.44 in the 300 metres for 8th, 2:38.15 in the 600 metres for 5th and cleared 1.65 metres in the standing long jump for 2nd place. Nate Lach contested 7 events in the U10 boys group. He improved his 60 metre time to 12.25 seconds for 16th and improved his 300 metre time to 1:11.95 for 9th. His running long jump improved to 2.22 metres for 5th place and his shot put improved to 4.23 metres earning him 2nd place. He also finished 12th in the 150 metres in 33.74 seconds, 3rd in the standing long jump with a 1.26 metre leap and earned a 1st place finish in the ball throw with a distance of 13.50 metres. Carson Hay had 8 events in the U12 boys category. He ran his fastest 60 metres ever in 12.71 seconds for 23rd, his fastest 150 metres ever in 31.93 seconds for 19th and his fastest 600 metres ever in 2:34.26 for 15th. He produced his best running long jump ever of 2.76 metres for 18th and a life time best of 4.64 metres in the shot put for 11th. He also placed 12th in the 1000 metres in 4:21.35, 11th in the standing long jump with a clearance of 1.57 metres and 9th in the ball throw with a 14.49 metre toss. Karin Bailey completed 2 events in the U14 girls division placing 39th in the 60 metres in 15.58 seconds and 36th in the long jump with a 2.09 metre measurement. Jack Bailey was registered in the U16 boys age group. On Saturday he cut 18 seconds off his previous 1200 metre time by finishing in 4:39.89 for 15th place. He then threw the javelin 17.50 metres for 6th. He finished the day with a bronze medal in the 100 metre hurdles with a time of 19.79 seconds. On Sunday he participated in the Pentathlon. It consists of 5 events where the athlete receives points for their performance, not their placing, in each event. At the end of the day the athletes placing is determined by the number of points they have accumulated throughout the day. His first event was the 100 metre hurdles where he placed 6th in 20.30 seconds and received 213 points. The second event was the long jump. He cleared a life time best of 3.92 metres for 6th place and 193 points. The third event was the shot put which Jack tossed 7.08 metres for 5th place and 312 points. The fourth event was the high jump. He cleared a life time best of 1.36 metres for 7th and 290 points. The final event ￼of the day was the 1000 metres where he timed 3:50.23 for 6th place and 258 points. Jack’s total for the day was 1266 points for an overall finish in 6th place. Payton Bauer was in the U16 girls events. She placed 19th in the 100 metres in 14.73 seconds, 9th in the 80 metre hurdles in 16.21 seconds and 2nd in the high jump where she cleared 1.33 metres. Mathias Gelber had 2 races in the U18 boys division. He earned a 4th place finish in the 1500 metres by running 4:23.32. That broke the existing Passtrak club record for his age group. He then ran the 800 metres where he moved up to second place with a 1:59.39 clocking which also broke the existing Passtrak club record.

￼COHEN MUSSCHOOT CROWNED PROVINCIAL CHAMPION The 2019 Alberta Provincial Indoor Track and Field Championships took place in Edmonton on March 9th & 10th. Passtrak had 8 athletes in attendance and they completed 36 events over the 2 days of competition. Together they produced 16 life time best performances, set 5 new Passtrak club records and earned 9 medals. They medal breakdown was 4 gold, 4 silver and 1 bronze. Cohen Musschoot had the best weekend so far of his young track and field career. He had 6 events in the U12 boys division and produced his best ever performances in all 6 events. He placed first in the 50 metres in 7.86 seconds which set a new Passtrak club record for his age group. He also placed first in the 60 metres in 9.19 seconds. He cut 6 seconds off his previous best in the 600 metre race finishing in 1:57.46 for second place, then slashed 7 seconds off his 800 metre time recording 2:48.33 also for second place. He improved his shot put distance by 1.44 metres with a heave of 7.00 metres which placed him 4th and his 2.03 metre standing long jump added 21 cm to his previous best, set a new Passtrak club record and placed him second. At the end of each day Cohen received the gold medal for being the top overall U12 boy in Alberta for the 2019 season. Cammy Hay had 3 events in the U10 girls category. She placed 10th in the 50 metres in 9.98 seconds which set a new Passtrak club record for her age group. Next she placed 4th in the standing long jump where she added 10 cm to the existing Passtrak club record by clearing 1.54 metres. Her third event was the medicine ball throw where she earned 3rd place and another Passtrak club record with a toss of 3.22 metres. Carson Hay had a number of outstanding performances in the U12 boys age group. He missed his best ever result in the standing long jump by 1 cm when he cleared 1.50 metres. He then tied his fastest ever 60 metre time in 12.41 seconds. He improved his 50 metre time to 10.48 seconds and increased his shot put distance by 1.16 metres to 4.36 metres. He then carved more than 18 seconds off his best 800 metre time by finishing in 3:29.94. He also ran the 600 metre race for the first time and clocked 2:34.58. Cohen Folkard was also in the U12 boys events. He had the same 6 events as the other 2 boys. The only event he had previously competed in was the 60 metres and he did himself proud by running under 12 seconds for the first time ever, finishing in 11.82 seconds. The remaining 5 events were all new to him. He ran the 50 metres in 10.29 seconds, the 600 metres in 2:30.83 seconds and the 800 metres in 3:33.93. He spanned 1.46 metres in the standing long jump and his best shot put effort landed at the 3.67 metre mark. Summer Musschoot improved in 3 of her 4 events in the U14 girls division. She added 42 cm to her shot put best with a measure of 6.74 metres then ran a life time best of 2:06.86 in the 600 metre race. She improved her 50 metre time to 8.03 seconds and missed a personal best in the 60 metres by a mere 1/100th of a second. Alec Morado represented the club in the U16 boys category. He was competing for the first time this season and had 4 events. He finished his 60 metres in 8.45 seconds for 19th and his 300 metres in 44.12 seconds for 17th. His 4:35.28 in the 1200 metres earned him 14th and a toss of 9.00 metres in the shot put placed him 6th. Jack Bailey had 6 events also in the U16 boys age group. He ran 9.39 seconds in the 60 metres for 29th and 4:36.61 in the 1200 metres for 15th. His 1.30 metre clearance in the high jump placed him 12th. He then whacked 17 seconds off his previous time in the 600 metres to finish 10th in 1:57.97. He added 18 cm to his best shot put distance by measuring 6.81 metres and ran the fastest 60 metre hurdles race of his life in 11.69 seconds for 6th. Craig Hay ran the 400 metre race in the Masters Men’s 35 - 39 age group. This track meet also served as the Canadian Indoor National Championships for the Masters age athletes. Craig finished the event in 1:11.74 which earned him a Canadian National Championship silver medal. ￼

￼ALBERTA INDOOR GAMES TRACK & FIELD MEET Six Passtrak athletes attended the Alberta Indoor Games Track & Field Meet in Edmonton on February 16th & 17th. They took part in 33 events during the 2 days of competition where they produced 17 life time best performances and set 3 new Passtrak club records. Karin Bailey had 6 events in the U14 girls category. She ran the 50 metres in 9.17 seconds for 32nd & 11.08 seconds in the 60 metres for 26th. In the longer races she clocked 2:41.51 in the 600 metres for 25th & 3:47.44 in the 800 metres for 28th. She placed 30th in the long jump by clearing 2.66 metres and tossed the shot put 3.44 metres for 11th place. Levi Neudorf had the same 6 events but in the U14 boys division. His 50 metre time of 8.74 seconds placed him 19th & set a new Passtrak club record for his age group. He placed 21st in the 60 metres in 10.26 seconds. In the 600 metres his time was 2:30.65 for 23rd. He placed 18th in the 800 metres with 3:29.73. In the field events he leaped 2.95 metres in the long jump for 9th and threw the shot put 3.65 metres for 21st. Sawyer Sawatzky improved in 5 of the same 6 events also in the U14 boys age group. He set a new Passtrak club record and life time best of 8.43 seconds in the 50 metres for 14th. He ran a life time best of 9.85 in the 60 metres for 15th. He cut 11 seconds off his 600 metre time by running 2:15.14 for 18th & placed 15th in the 800 metres in 3:13.24. He added 58 cm to his shot put best with a 6.81 metre heave for 4th place. His leap of 3.65 metres in the long jump was also a best ever for 11th place. Jack Bailey was the busiest athlete with 8 events in the U16 boys age group. He produced his best ever performance in every single event. On the first day he took part in the Pentathlon. It involves 5 events in one day which are designed to determine the best all around track & field athlete. The athletes are required to sprint, jump, throw and run an endurance race. They receive points for their performance in each event and at the end of the day the athlete with the highest point total is crowned the winner. The first event was the 60 metres where Jack ran his fastest ever time of 9.34 seconds for 5th place. Next came the long jump where he added a whopping 1.18 metres to his previous distance by measuring 4.31 metres for 4th place. The third event was the shot put. He placed 5th with a best ever of 6.63 metres. The 4th event was the high jump. Jack added 15 cm to his best by clearing 1.35 metres for 5th. The final event of the day was the 1000 metres. He cut 8 seconds off his best by clocking 3:41.47 for 5th place. His point total at the end of the day was 1375 for 5th overall. On the second day Jack ran the fastest 60 metre hurdles of his life in 11.70 seconds for 4th place. He beat his previous best in the long jump with a distance of 3.67 metres for 5th and then slashed 1 minute and 22 seconds off his previous 1200 metre time by finishing in 7th in 4:33.00 which also set a new Passtrak club record for his age group. Libbey Wilmot contested the girls version of the Pentathlon in the U16 age group. She ran 9.52 seconds in the 60 metres for 7th then improved her high jump by 16 cm, clearing 1.39 metres for 3rd. The next event was the long jump where her 4.11 metre leap was a best ever for 6th place. Next came the shot put where she improved by 34 cm to 6.97 metres for 6th place. She finished the event with a 2:51.84 in the 800 metres for 3 place. Her overall point total of 2053 was a 197 point improvement for 6th place. Paige Richards ran 2 events in the U18 girls division. She placed 17th in the 60 metres in 8.77 seconds. She then ran the 60 metre hurdles in 10.26 seconds for 6th place. Passtrak’s final competition of the 2019 indoor season will be the Alberta Provincial Championships in Edmonton on March 9th & 10th.
